Solarize Sonoma – Solar Congregations

The Rahus Institute is currently in the process of shaping this program (Feb. 2017).

Proposed elements include:

  • Support Local Contractors
  • Educate Congregation about Rooftop Solar options for own homes
  • Train several congregation members to be solar advisors for other members.
  • Each home installation earns $ toward a communal system or toward subsidizing a Low-to-Moderate Income family home.
  • Congregation members have option of building their own small solar emergency preparedness kit.

We would like your feedback as we shape this program.  Please provide your contact info below. We’ll be contacting you shortly. Thanks!
